Account information: name, work email, organization name, selected plan, and authentication credentials (stored in hashed form).

Operational data: hotel and provider catalogs you upload, mapping configurations, job history, and usage metadata needed to run matching and sync workflows.

Technical data: logs, device/browser information, and security events used to operate and protect the platform.

We use collected information to provide and improve the service, process matching jobs, communicate about your account, enforce security, and comply with legal obligations.

During Alpha, we may also use aggregated or anonymized usage patterns to improve matching quality and product reliability.

We retain account and operational data for as long as your organization uses HeyMapper and as required by applicable law or legitimate business needs.

Tenant data retention settings may apply to uploaded inventory according to your plan and configuration.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with infrastructure providers that help us host and operate the service, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of HeyMapper, our users, or others.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, especially during an Alpha release.
