Terms of Service

HeyMapper is currently offered as an Alpha release. The service is experimental and under active development. Features, APIs, and user interfaces may change without prior notice.

By creating an account, you acknowledge that you are joining the HeyMapper Alpha program and agree to use the product on that basis.

New organization registrations are reviewed before access is granted. Your account may remain in a pending state until approved by our team. We may approve or decline registrations at our discretion.

During the Alpha period, HeyMapper is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of hotel matching results.

Matching outputs, confidence scores, and suggested mappings are assistive tools only. You must review and validate results before relying on them in production workflows.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload, for verifying match quality before operational use, and for decisions made based on HeyMapper outputs.

You must keep your credentials secure and ensure that users within your organization comply with these Terms.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, or use HeyMapper in violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use poses risk to the platform or other customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyMapper and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Alpha use, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Alpha service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the legal version shown at registration. Continued use after changes may require renewed acceptance in a future release.
